To submit the full paper camera-ready copy, you need to complete the following steps by April 23rd, 2024 at the latest. To submit the short/demo paper camera-ready copy, you need to complete the following steps by May 19th, 2024 at the latest.
- Papers must be 6 (+1 references) pages for full papers or 3 (+1 references) pages for short/demo paper, including references, figures, and tables (at least 10pt font, 2-column format, A4 page size). All papers must use the format and template found here.
- Revise your paper according to the reviewer’s comments and format it correctly.
- Process the paper with https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ to obtain an IEEE Xplore-compatible pdf file.
- Upload the camera-ready version to https://edas.info/.
- Sign the e-copyright form in https://edas.info/.

Conference Header and Copyright Notice
Please do not add any header with the conference title, and do not add the IEEE copyright notice on the first page of your camera-ready submission. The proceedings editorial staff will do the embedding of the required page numbers, headers, and copyright stamps.
PDF eXpress
Make sure you added the correct copyright notice and proofread your paper carefully so that no further changes are required. IEEE PDF eXpress can either be used to create an IEEE Xplore-compatible paper from source files or check an existing PDF document. However, any changes made to the PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or checking may invalidate the PDF. Papers not compatible with IEEE Xplore will not be included in the proceedings.
To validate your paper, visit the https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ page and use either your existing account or create a new one. The conference ID is 61742X. After logging in, use ‘Create New Title’ for each of your papers and follow the instructions. Once the paper passes the validation, upload the PDF eXpress-signed PDF to http://edas.info/.
Author Registration
For your paper to be included in the final program and to be published in the proceedings, at least 1 author needs to register with full registration and attend the conference to present the publication. Further details concerning conference registrations will be communicated by the end of April on this webpage.
